At Playtopia, we understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us at least 48 hours before your scheduled visit to receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will receive a 50% refund. Refunds are not available for no-shows or partial cancellations.
